Our Manufacturing Facility

At Sri Lakshmi Polypack we give paramount importance to the quality of the paper cups we manufacture. To ensure this we have put in place suitable machinery, manufacturing practices, and experienced personnel at our manufacturing-cum-packaging facility in Hyderabad:

• 11 paper cup forming machines imported from Korea, each capable of producing 100 cups per minute, and incorporating the ability to auto pack the formed cups
• Production capacity of 800,000 cups per day and growing
• 1 online flexography (flexo) printing machine
• 1 die cutting machine
• Dust-free and clean manufacturing environment
• Fully automated manufacturing process—from reel to paper cup to packaging— with no human touch involved
• Paper raw material exclusively sourced from ITC Paperboards and Specialty Papers Division (ITC PSPD) with whom we have been associated for the past 15 years
• Printing is done using only water-based food-grade inks that are safe and eco-friendly

The Future

As a young and growing company, we are keen on serving our existing and potential clients in the future with a broader product portfolio and larger order sizes to better meet their varied and growing needs.

Sri Lakshmi Polypack is therefore in the process of expanding the capacity of its factory in Hyderabad by installing a high-speed machine with an output of 220 cups per minute that will give the company the ability to manufacture bigger-sized cups.
